Our Recruitment Process
1. Apply Online
The first step is to apply online to each position you are interested in. You will need to attach a resume and complete some eligibility questions.
2. Video Interview or Technical Test
Once your application has been successfully screened by a recruiter, you will be invited to complete a short video interview. Video interview questions will vary by role, but ultimately we want to understand your interest in the position you have applied for and what strengths you can bring to SimpliSafe.
3. Interview or Assessment Center
The final stage of assessment will depend on the role and location, but will involve a video interview with hiring leaders.
