The Job …
As a Software Product Manager, you’ll help define the future of our app and software experiences. To succeed, you’ll need critical thinking, initiative, resilience, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll make your decisions by diving deep into the data whenever possible, but be comfortable in the face of ambiguity to take calculated leaps of faith. Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in defining a vision for our app that drives customer engagement and industry-leading NPS
- Prioritize and drive new feature research and development, including the needs of the hardware product teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer via observation, interviews, and surveys.
- Perform data analysis to uncover user insights using a variety of tools including SQL, Firebase, and Google Analytics
- Assist the engineering and design teams in making decisions that balance cost, timeline, and customer benefit for multiple initiatives.
- Help define software and product strategy based on customer and market requirements, and drive the execution of roadmaps and plans

- Passion for consumer apps and electronics
- Data-driven mindset that loves diving into the details
- Strong understanding of agile methodology, UI design, and jobs theory
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and Get Things Done
- Strong writing ability, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree. A technical discipline (engineering or science) is a plus
- Advanced degree (MS / MBA) strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in roles related to Product Management, Software Development, or User Experience Design
