Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, working together in person and choose where they work for the remainder of the week. The Director of Quality will report to the Head of Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain. You will be the owner of the product quality function with our contract manufacturing partners in Asia and our internal team in the US. You will develop and lead the strategic direction of the quality team and will work cross-functionally to ensure that we are delivering the highest product quality to our customers.
