What You’ll Do

We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic, and engaging Sales Training Facilitator who is passionate about developing sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a background in contact or call center environments and a proven track record of designing and facilitating impactful sales training workshops, with a strong focus on consultative selling techniques. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous growth and success of our sales teams, and the successful candidate will be responsible for new hire training and nesting, as well as ongoing upskilling and coaching in both group and one-on-one settings.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Sales Training Workshops: Help design and conduct engaging, high-impact sales training workshops that focus on consultative selling, objection handling, product knowledge, and other relevant sales skills.
• New Hire Onboarding: Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to the team.
• Nesting Support: Provide hands-on guidance and support to new hires during their nesting period, helping them apply what they've learned in a real-world context.
• Continuous Upskilling: Develop and deliver ongoing training and development initiatives to keep existing sales professionals at the top of their game.
• One-to-Many Training: Use a one-to-many training model to address the training needs of larger groups, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• One-to-One Coaching: Provide personalized coaching and feedback to individual sales professionals, identifying areas for improvement and offering guidance for growth.
• Performance Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and coaching sessions through performance metrics and adjust content and delivery methods as necessary.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the training team to create and update training materials, including presentations, exercises, and other resources.
• Stay Current: Stay informed about industry best practices, sales trends, and emerging technologies to ensure training content remains relevant.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a contact or call center environment.
• A strong background in consultative selling and sales methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating effective sales training programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High-energy, enthusiastic, and dynamic presentation style.
• Ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using training and development tools and technologies.
• A passion for continuous learning and helping others succeed.

Must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which requires submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for use in conducting a national criminal records search and a Virginia criminal history search and final certification approval from DCJS.
