What You'll Do

  • Conduct evaluations of agent/customer interactions across various channels to meet performance targets and provide actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform 'Audit the Auditor' tasks for SimpliSafe Supervisors, identifying gaps and recommending action plans for improvement.
  • Support agent readiness through participation in Training Programs, offering critical feedback within the Enablement team.
  • Lead internal and external calibration sessions to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Develop and facilitate 'voice of customer' sessions for cross-functional partners, driving a deeper understanding of customer needs.
  • Play a key role in the rollout of new products, features, and processes by monitoring calls, identifying trends, and providing feedback.
  • Collaborate with Enablement to ensure successful rollout of new resources, serving as a trusted partner for review and feedback.

  • Familiarity with SaaS and/or subscription-based revenue models.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting process documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales function.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/G Suite tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of outstanding attendance and punctuality in a structured environment.
