We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, to work together in person, and teams can choose where they work for the remainder of the week. What You’ll Do
- Facilitate monthly P&L consolidation and the preparation of monthly management reporting
- Assist with preparation of Board/committee presentations and other stakeholder presentations as needed including routine Investor lender reporting
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and monitor status of key initiatives across finance and capital projects
- Oversee long term cash flow forecast
- Lead effort to optimize forecasting and reporting tool along with centralized management reporting
- Oversee ongoing maintenance and development of financial model, including forecasting multi-year projections; perform scenario analysis to support financial decision making
- Form trusted advisory relationships with core G&A functional leaders while providing budgeting, forecast, variance analysis and spend efficiencies
- Ad hoc finance special projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
- 4-6 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics; MBA preferred
- Prior experience with consumer products / technology, subscription revenue models, ecommerce will be valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a focus on detail and follow-through
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial management principles
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem solving
- Experience with a forecasting/budgeting and reporting tool a must; preferably Adaptive
