About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Analyst to join our Control Tower Strategy & Reporting team. This role focuses on strengthening the Global Logistics operating model through structured reporting, KPI governance, strategic visibility, and program management across Supply Planning, Transportation & Compliance, Fulfillment, and the Control Tower.
You will play a central role in how Global Logistics measures performance, identifies opportunities, mitigates headwinds, and executes key initiatives. While you will leverage SQL and Tableau to build strategic visibility tools, your work is rooted primarily in program management, operational strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
What You’ll Do
Lead Control Tower Reporting & Strategic Visibility
- Create and distribute structured reporting for each pillar of Global Logistics: Supply Planning, Transportation & Compliance, Fulfillment, and the Control Tower.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards that synthesize volume, performance, cost, and productivity trends.
- Shape the visibility framework that anchors strategic decision-making across Global Logistics.
- Develop data integrity and “single source of truth” reporting standards through deeper utilization of enterprise tools.
Program Manage Key Logistics Initiatives
- Support project management for priority logistics initiatives: define scope, milestones, risks, timelines, and cross-functional action plans.
- Lead productivity and cost-related improvement efforts across Transportation, Fulfillment, and Supply Planning.
- Play a central role in tracking, structuring, and operationalizing the Global Logistics Productivity Pipeline, including defining how project value is measured, creating mechanisms to track benefits, and ensuring initiatives deliver their targeted impact.
- Maintain and socialize reporting on the Global Logistics Productivity Pipeline to identify opportunities, quantify headwinds, and track progress toward cost-reduction goals.
- Serve as a steward of core operational metrics, ensuring definitions and processes are aligned across all logistics pillars.
- Act as a strategic partner in maturing the Control Tower operating model and aligning standards across Global Logistics.
Drive Operational Standards & KPI Governance
- Develop and evolve logistics KPIs based on industry best practices.
- Align stakeholders to consistent KPI definitions, processes, and reporting standards.
- Provide cost reporting that substantiates the logistics budget, including total cost, cost per unit, and cost per order across transportation, compliance, and fulfillment.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reviews with insights and recommendations.
Use Analytics to Enable Execution
- Build and enhance Tableau dashboards as strategic tools for the Control Tower.
- Use SQL and visibility tools to automate recurring reports and streamline operating rhythms.
- Conduct scenario modeling and simulations to evaluate network changes, operational strategies, or cost impacts.
- Provide timely analysis to support urgent business questions.
Enable Collaboration & Operational Understanding
- Mentor peers on interpreting logistics KPIs, structured problem-solving, and visibility frameworks.
- Develop scalable documentation to strengthen data literacy and operational alignment across Global Logistics.
- Enable all logistics teams to operate with a unified, Control Tower–driven view of performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in program management, operations strategy, supply chain, or logistics analytics.
- Strong analytical toolkit (SQL, Tableau) to support strategic reporting and visibility efforts.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, operational reporting, or visibility tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.
Bonus Points
- Background in logistics cost modeling, or operational forecasting.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs with high ownership and no ego.
- Exposure to enterprise visibility tools, workflow orchestration, or systems enablement.
What Values You’ll Share
- Customer Obsessed - Building deep empathy for our customers, putting them at the core of our work, and developing strong, long-term relationships with them.
- Aim High - Always challenging ourselves and others to raise the bar.
- No Ego - Maintaining a “no job too small” attitude, and an open, inclusive and humble style.
- One Team - Taking a highly collaborative approach to achieving success.
- Lift As We Climb - Investing in developing others and helping others around us succeed.
- Lean & Nimble - Working with agility and efficiency to experiment in an often ambiguous environment.
