Our Story
Our founders Chad and Eleanor Laurans started SimpliSafe after three of their friends were robbed in the span of a month. Their friends felt traumatized and vulnerable, but the solutions available at the time involved pushy sales people, hard wired expensive systems, unsightly hardware and pricey long-term contracts. Chad and Eleanor disrupted the industry and created a solution that enables every home to be secure.
You can really see the impact that we make on the customer side. I think it’s incredibly powerful that our products are saving people’s lives.
