Find your Customer Experience role
The Customer Experience team at SimpliSafe ensures that our customers’ needs are met and exceeded. You’ll be the liaison between our customers and us, and are essential to our mission for change.
- Contact Center You’ll give exceptional customer support by responding to a variety of inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You’ll maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in order to track issues and improve processes over time.
- Monitoring Center You’ll provide monitoring support to customers, including responding to multiple emergency and non-emergency alarm calls, analyzing caller situations, and dispatching emergency services.
- Digital Care You’ll deliver customer support through our digital channels, such as email, social media, and chat. Using your knowledge of our products and services, you’ll effectively address customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Shared Services You’ll provide support to various departments within SimpliSafe, performing tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and administrative support. You’ll help us streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
