Manager - Enablement Program Design
SimpliSafe is looking for an Manager of Enablement Program Design to design and execute the end to end learning experience for its Sales & Loyalty customer facing teams, inclusive of agents and leaders alike. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to design, create, socialize, launch and execute large scale training programs in high growth Sales, Loyalty and/or Retention environments. In this role you’ll be challenged to redefine how we train, coach and iterate across multiple customer segment touch points, working with leaders from across the company along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Sales and Loyalty Business owners to create, socialize, execute and iterate against a full stack enablement strategy (training, ID, content, coaching)
- Be a key member of the CX Enablement team partnering with the heads of Frontline Training, ID/Content and QA to execute against your program design
- Act as the Enablement team point person to the Sales and Loyalty organizations, joining weekly performance and strategy meetings, bringing key initiatives and learning to the Enablement team
- Partner with Data Analytics to create key metrics dashboards to understand impact of learning program(s)
- Partner with the head of Frontline Training to observe and coach trainers as they deliver the classroom portions of the Sales and Loyalty programs
- Utilize third party expertise as needed to continually optimize your learning programs
- Optimize feedback loops to your Enablement and Sales and Loyalty stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience including leading customer facing and/or Enablement teams at a customer centric organization
- Understanding of working in a SAAS and/or subscription based revenue model
- Experience across multiple customer touchpoints including but not limited to Sales, Loyalty, Customer Success and General Customer Support
- Proven ability to build, nurture and iterate value driven programs from the ground up (tie metrics to behaviors, ROI…)
- Understanding of the Enablement function and how it fits into and drives a customer centric company’s mission
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience rolling out coaching methodologies/programs across organizations
- Willingness to embrace ambiguity and the opportunity to build

- Experience and proficiency with LMS, CMS and Enablement tools (preferably Lessonly and Seismic)
