What You’ll Do

Simplisafe is seeking a motivated and highly organized team member to manage the coordination and execution of experimentation across ecommerce promotions and CRM channels (email, SMS, and Direct Mail).  As a member of the ecommerce team, you will utilize your attention to detail, communication skills and creativity to help SimpliSafe drive growth through owned marketing channels. 

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Manage experimentation backlogs/learning agendas across CRM and on-site promotions 
  • Partner with channel managers to align on testing requirements, timelines, executional excellence, and communications of results 
  • Interface with stakeholders (Product Managers, Customer Experience, Design, etc.) on upcoming timing/implications of tests across channels
  • Own documentation of experiment outcomes and communication of results to stakeholders and leadership
  • Help channel owners identify opportunities for experimentation by performing competitive research and sharing learnings/best practices that are applicable across the broader team
  • Assist with QA to ensure testing is executed as expected across channels 
  • Partner with channel owners to understand channel performance and identify opportunities for testing 
  • Track and understand channel audience sizes in order to plan testing opportunities
  • Assist with management of experiment execution (ensure promo codes are created, write experimentation docs, help get assets created, etc.)

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years experience in B2C marketing; preferably in an email marketing, project manager, or analyst-type role
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing relevant key metrics; basic understanding of A/B testing best practices  
  • Interest in learning customer marketing software, such as Braze 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
