What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the sales and operations teams with existing and onboarding new retail accounts to deliver sales plans to drive long term growth and profitability. You’ll establish internal and external relationships, excel at customer service, & support the expansion of SimpliSafe home security products at retail.

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Own the end to end purchase order acceptance and inventory process identifying issues and partnering on resolutions with warehouse, supply chain and accounts. 
  • Lead the account on-boarding process inclusive of all sales, marketing and operational set up needs.
  • Triage and resolve chargebacks and returns with Sales, Operations, Finance and Warehouse, own in conjunction with Finance to meet our annual target
  • Manage the Amazon Transparency & assist sales team with reseller mitigation process programs and ensure all products are active and compliant. 
  • Own the Consigned Inventory Management process across Amazon FBA; partner with accounting to reconcile as needed. 
  • Manage Ops budget spend and vendor reconciliation process with weekly and monthly spend. Finance 
  • Responsible for UPC and new sku creation process 
  • Inventory Management and production planning and daily operations management
  •  Own and manage monthly and yearly DC Forecast 
  • Account warehouse liaison 
  • Assortment project management 
  • Run quarterly business review and weekly business meeting with Sales partners
  • Responsible for revenue updates in comparison to weekly, monthly and quarterly, year targets ● Support team with forecasting and demand planning 

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 years’ experience 
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward and professional manner

  • Strong technical skills including of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience with data visualization tools
